Proverbs 8:6
~ ""Listen, for I have worthy things to say; I open my lips to speak what is right."" |
| Thought: |
| "I cant believe, ?now that my children are older, ?how much of parenting is talking. ?Talking about how they should respond to a friend who was hurtful, talking about how a young Christian women should dress, talking about personal responsibility and talking about how this or that lesson applies to the rest of their life. ?Helping them figure out what God is trying to teach them." |
| Challenge: |
| "Do not grow weary; ?see all this talking as opportunities to speak worthy things into their heart and life. ?Look for the teachable moments, pray, be ready to speak Gods truth into their life." |
| Prayer: |
| "Lord, when I open my mouth give me Your words, Your insight, Your perspective, so that my words are truly worthy and right and meaningful." |
