Proverb 26:5
~ "Answer a fool according to his folly and he will be wise in his own in his own eyes." |
| Thought: |
| "When my children are acting or speaking foolishly, its not the time to argue with them. ?Do not let them continue in their foolishness, but pray asking God for His wisdom for both of you. ?Then hash it out another time. ?Trust that the time and distance will give God time to act so that you both can have a more godly perspective." |
| Challenge: |
| "When my child is acting or speaking foolishly, help me not to react in haste. ?Giving validity to their foolishness (in their minds), ??I need to give myself the time to pray so that I can respond in wisdom." |
| Prayer: |
| "Lord give me Your discernment so that I do not get caught up in reacting. Help me (remind me!) ?to take time to pray ?and ask for Your wisdom, Your perspective and Your words." |
