| "What kind of legacy am I leaving? ?Is it one of blessing? What will my children remember about me when I am gone? ?Will they remember my impatience or will they remember my affection, tenderness and love? ?I want them to remember all the ways that I demonstrated to them that they are loved." |

| Challenge: |
| "I need to keep the thought of my legacy in the front of my mind. ?When I get self absorbed, I need to step back and remember the bigger picture. ?I must take the time to build some great memories with my children, not just run them around to their various activities. I need to take a look at how our time as a family is spent and pray about what the priorities should be." |

| Prayer: |
| "Lord, help me prioritize the time I have with my family in alignment with Your priorities. ?I can get so caught up in the busyness of this world. ?Help me to recognize when I am out of balance and give me the courage to rearrange our family life in such a way that my children will know that they are loved, that I desire their company and that they are a priority. I want them to remember me as an incredible blessing in their lives." |
