| "It is so easy to react and speak without thinking or praying. ?If I am going to be a mother whose replies come from the Lord, ?I must not only think before I speak but PRAY before I speak. ?God tells us that He gives us wisdom if we ask, ?but He clearly says that we need to ask for it first, then He gives it to us generously." |

| Challenge: |
| "If it is the desire and plan of my heart to speak words that are filtered through the heart of God to my children, then I must ask Him daily, even in the moment of need, for His wisdom and His words. When I am replying to my child today, I will remember to quickly pray first, asking for my reply to be from Him." |

| Prayer: |
| "Lord, help me to remember to pray; asking for wisdom, understanding, discernment, and Your perspective before I speak. I ?believe that when I ask, Lord you will give to me generously." |
