| "Prudence: The ability to govern and discipline oneself by use of reason. ?Wow, do my children need this. ?If God says that His Proverbs are useful for this, then I am on the right track." |

| "Be diligent in using Gods Word as I correct, discipline and encourage my children toward a godly, disciplined life of integrity and purpose. This has to begin with me. ?I need to make sure that I am reading and studying Gods Word, so that I have current, life application to draw from. I need to be reminded of this again and again." |

| Prayer: |
| "Lord, continue to give me the desire and discipline I need to be in Your Word daily. ?Drawing from its wisdom, letting it renew my mind and giving me the wisdom I need. ?Help me to see how to apply it to my parenting, so that my children will see its value and learn to love it for themselves." |
