Proverbs 16:3
~ ""Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed."" |
| Thought: |
| "This is not a promise that whatever I do, on my own, as long as I say Lord I commit this to You He will make it successful. ?But it is a command to pray, to include the Lord and His wisdom and guidance in the process of planning. ?He will then guide me into His will and there our plans will succeed in the way He wishes them to." |
| Challenge: |
| "It is so easy to barge ahead of the Lord. ?Praying before all decision and interactions is so important. ?Most importantly I need to model this before my children. ?Commit to including them in this process, so they can be eye witnesses to the answers and guidance I receive from the Lord." |
| Prayer: |
| "Oh Father, help me remember to take this initial step with my children whenever I can. It is such an exciting life when we commit it to You and become eye witnesses of you power and providential care of our lives." |
